Introduction
The Bridge Capital Partners (TBCP) is an independent Private Equity/Venture Capital firm with a focus on Africa. TBCP pride itself on being a private investment firm that is investing in change and supporting the growth of African economies at superior returns for our investors. TBCP targets start-up or growing companies as well as distressed companies with immense potential in Africa.
The Fund will benefit from three unique advantages as it seeks to increase investor value:
(i) access to proprietary deal flow;
(ii) the operating experience of the Principals;
(iii) the investor-oriented structure of the investment vehicle itself.
The Fund will aim to deliver value both to its Limited Partners and the Portfolio Companies in which the investment will be made. The General Partners will seek a management fee of 2% on committed funds, and a carried interest of 20%.
Where necessary, the Fund will co-invest with other private equity houses for investment in portfolio companies.

In enhancing and supporting the growth of Portfolio Companies, TBCP relies very much on it’s sister company, SNG Pedabo Ghana (SNG), a professional service firm, specializing in accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance & business advisory services. TBCP also works with it’s International affiliate, Bagsim Investment Platform (BIF). The Bagsim Investment Platform offers investors a gateway to pre-vetted companies and project opportunities in the sub-Saharan Africa region. Through Bagsim, one can access private investment opportunities with companies anywhere in sub-Saharan Africa with a click of a button.
