Frank is the Managing Partner for ‘The Bridge Capital Partners’ (TBCP), a private equity/venture capital firm with an African focus, based in Ghana. He has over two decades of experience in finance and management, with over a decade at leadership and management levels with Africa’s largest bank, Ecobank. He has also provided advisory services in investment banking, business strategy development & capacity development to several private companies.

Experience spans leading teams to implement corporate strategy across 33 countries through his knowledge and skills in Financial Control, Financial Accounting, Treasury Management, Business Partnering and Business Analysis.

As member of the Ecobank Group finance Leadership Team at the Investment arm of Ecobank (EDC – Ecobank Development Corporation), he successfully implemented the review of affiliates for compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards. He has led start-ups from identifying and coaching people, setting up processes and routines to ensure effective operations of companies.

As the Finance Manager for Ecobank Capital, comprising Group Treasury, Research, Investment banking, and Securities & Asset management, Frank championed the implementation and review of the Funds Transfer Pricing module adopted by the Group. In this role, he also worked with the Group Heads of Investment Banking, Research & Securities & Assets Management in strategy formulation and implementation for their respective businesses. Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in financial management, cost reductions, internal controls, and productivity/efficiency improvements. Exhibited exceptional leadership qualities in team building, interpersonal skills and a drive to achieve results.

Frank is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes.
