- Prior to raising the intended $50million for it’s first TBCP Fund, and subsequent investment in the Portfolio Companies, the General Partner thought it wise to first undertake a targeted limited initial investment.
- It has therefore invested in the construction and management of an ultra-modern 4 storey retail/shopping center with a deal size of $2.6m.
- Expected completion of construction and commencement of operations is February 2020/March 2020.
- The vision of the Sponsor is to build a franchise, with locations all over Ghana, and eventually to the sub-region.
- The anchor project, as costed is located at Sakumono Junction, in the Greater Accra region of Ghana
