Mohammed Kaleem brings to the team his more than 15 years professional experience working with a variety of organizations to enhance their business performance through risk management, operational effectiveness and enhanced governance. He is currently the Managing Partner of SNG Pedabo Ghana, a professional service firm, specializing in accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance & business advisory services.
He was previously an Audit Manager for Aon plc (a 12 billion dollar revenue company) based in Chicago, where he managed internal audit projects, compliance and investigations assignments in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. Mohammed also worked with KPMG and Deloitte & Touche in Chicago, where he served clients in various industries including financial services (banking & asset management), manufacturing and retail. He managed external audits, due diligence assignments and other consulting assignments.
Mohammed holds an MBA and Master of Accountancy from Bowling Green State University, Ohio (USA), and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast (Ghana). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a practicing member of Accountancy Board of Ohio, a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), Ghana.
